What's new: Cutler has decided to get away from the business of staying away. According to friends, Cutler left his offseason home in Nashville, Tenn., to retreat to another U.S. destination we won't name. It appears Cutler will stay away from the Broncos' Dove Valley complex for the next two weeks.
The diss: The Broncos' offseason conditioning program officially consists of 59 days, with the final date June 26. Cutler has forfeited his $100,000 workout bonus as he already missed more than 10 percent of the sessions. That leaves him with a $1.035 million salary for the 2009 season — providing he rejoins the team by training camp.
The gut: With Cutler escaping from his Nashville escape, McJaygate may remain motionless until the days leading to the team's first mini-camp, April 17-19.

I am not real surprised that Cutler skipped these workouts. It is interesting that he has left Nashville and is hiding away somewhere unknown. The big question now is whether he will show up for minicamps or not.
I am a little surprised that his salary is so low for this year. Vince is only getting about $2 million, but I expected Jay to make about the same amount as opposed to half that.

I'm not sure if Cutlers acting like a big baby or if he feels that Denver is a dead end gig. I wont touch on the topic of him playing for Tennessee, but if hes holding out on Denver for us to get him then maybe he should go to work in Denver until something happens. Unless reporting to camp makes the problems go away. I'm guessing he wants out of Denver. Who wants to play in the AFC west anyways. Wherever he ends up (which I think will be Denver) he should be all in or not at all. As of now hes a Bronco, and should be a Bronco and not a problem.

Vince was the 3rd pick while Jay was the 11th pick. The salary difference makes sense to me.
