I am having no success trying to figure out who has the lowest TOP in a loss.

The best I have found so far is when the Steelers beat the Patriots in 2004. The Pats had the ball for only 17:02.

Can you imagine how good our secondary could have been last year with Pac (playing up to his potential) and Finnegan as opposed to Harper and Finnegan?
