Tokyo was eliminated in the second round, leaving Rio de Janeiro and Madrid as the final two candidates for the 2016 Games.

The President of the United States is not other world leaders, and it is difficult for me to understand why he should follow their lead. Maybe Orca is just a little old fashioned.
