n court papers filed Tuesday, Henry's attorney, Harvey Steinberg of Denver, said his client and prosecutors had reached an agreement. However, the filing does not say what charges Henry intends to admit to.
U.S. District Judge Richard Cebull scheduled a change-of-plea hearing for April 16.
Henry, 30, and co-defendant James Mack, 29, were arrested on Sept. 30 in the Denver area.
They were charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine.
Prosecutors allege the two had plotted to supply at least five kilograms of cocaine to customers in the Billings area. They were arrested in an undercover operation after a traffic stop in Montana led to the arrest of an associate.
Penalties for the charges are a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years to life in prison and a $4 million fine.

Considering his age, I don't think we'll hear about him trying to make a comeback in a couple of years.
Must have been trying to make some money to pay child support for all of those children he's got. How in the world will he be able to pay for them?? Those poor babies. :sad

I was thinking the same thing. It's the quickest way to come up with the dollars. I hope all those mom's have jobs and a good support system.

What a waste of talent. That guy could have really been a solid running back in the NFL.

He had a good run for a hoodlum. Just joking, I am sure Travis is a decent guy. To bad it didn't work out for him in the NFL. At the time when he was playing he was to many people a top ten back. I liked him since I saw him play for Buffalo. I was somewhat surprised he had such a lousy time in Denver where backs thrive. Clearly he doesn't make the best of choices having all those 34 kids of whatever hes up to now.

There was actually a short clip on ESPN about unmarried NFL dads. It's apparently quite widespread. Henry was the only guy who agreed to be interviewed. It was kind of interesting. He's got like 9 kids by 9 different moms and, I think, another one or two who may be claimed soon too. I'll try to find the link.
OK Here it is. There was a better link a few weeks ago but this'll do:

In the video section scroll down a bit and click on the clip "Children out of wedlock".
Enjoy!

I still remember it took months to get him to pay for the furniture he bought from our store. and when he finally did it bounced like a rubber ball.

He really did waste his NFL career. He was talented, but couldn't keep it in his pants or stay away from drugs. What a wasted talent.
I remember how upset everyone was when we let him go.

I was one of those pretty upset people. It wasn't until attending the dinners John McClain hosts (http://www.charlesdavisfoundation.org/talk.html) that I finally realized we fans don't always get the full story.
It was one those moments I wanted to smack myself in the head. I mean duh! of course there's always more to the story than meets the eye.
