I'm concerned about Jackson getting carries because of Lynch being around. But Cleveland has by far the worst rushing D in the NFL, so it's a really tough call.

Washington Redskins coach Jim Zorn confirms that Clinton Portis and Mike Sellers had a verbal confrontation this week.

Advice: Zorn said Friday the incident between his starters was "just a lot of nudging and posturing" and did not involve pushing, shoving or fisticuffs. He said he did not know what caused the dispute. WRC-TV reported that Portis and Sellers had a heated argument, with Portis venting frustration over Sellers' blocking.

Portis is not listed on Friday's injury report.

Recommendation: This is not a surprise (he didn't appear on the injury report all week), but it's a comforting feeling for Portis owners to scan Washington's list of injuries and not see Portis listed. He has a good matchup this week at Carolina.

Favre (foot, ankle, knee) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Rams, the Vikings' official site reports.

Recommendation: Favre has tossed nine picks in his last three games in St. Louis, but we're not expecting that kind of performance against this sorry Rams defense.
