God I hate the Raiders, but I've never seen a franchise, not even the Lions, become this pathetic in terms of overall stability. How anyone can work for Al Davis is beyond me.

They said anyone but the "really young talented guys." So I guess that would exclude DHB, McFadden, and Asomougha. I can't think of anyone else on that team I'd really want though.

Let's trade a 7th round pick for Al Davis. He is worth 9 or 10 high first round picks easy.
He isn't young or talented, so he should qualify.
