"J. Ringer carted off field during Titans practice Wednesday. Looked like lower back, however not confirmed. He was in a lot of pain."

I hate hearing this too. because if he's hurt, im not sure if lendale is still out...so who would come in to spell CJ is they're both out for sunday?

There were a few times I wanted an ambulance for my lower back.

Was it contact or a bad spasm I wonder? Either way I hope he will be okay. That sucks, he looked good last time out.

Hope he is ok...No need for him to rush back though, as long as he is good to go for next season when LenDale will be tearin it up somewhere else we should be alright.
