it wasnt just their wr's either.
some of their defenders got into trouble too.
frankly they were up there with the bengals for the number of thugs on the team.

It makes sense. Imagine all of those boatloads of tarp being shipped into Jacksonville, of course no questions will be asked. A perfect coverup, tarp covered crack. This explains the Jag message board as well.
