I remember a lot of peeps were upset we didn't go after him in FA. Looks like a good move now.

And now he's probably out for the year...
Nate Clements was acting as the No. 4 cornerback before breaking his scapula in the second quarter.
Tarell Brown took over at left corner and Dre Bly was the nickel back. Clements was used mostly as a punt returner, a tiny role for someone who signed an eight-year, $80 million contract in 2007. Clements is a candidate for injury reserve due to his shoulder injury.

I remember the day this signing happened, I was thrilled we passed. It was a ridiculous contract and just like we're learning with AH, these UFA deals are usually disasters.

Toronto, truthfully I haven't really had much issue with how we handle FA and our roster construction until this season. I was glad we passed on him too.
