he will fit perfectly in the black hole, where all careers are compressed into an infinitely small singularity

If he goes to the hole, I hope he plays and the Chiefs jack him up Sunday :evilgrin

He'd be lucky if he lands in Pittsburgh. Oakland would be truly hyserical.

My guess...if he goes anywhere...will be either Washington or Baltimore. That is if he goes anywhere. He has caused a lot of trouble...not just lately. Maybe Seattle. Washington has plenty of problems right now...Baltimore can still try and make a run for it. No pun intended. Seattle is just Seattle...I don't know. I wouldn't want him on my team...that doesn't mean a team won't take him on the cheap though.

The Patriots will also inquire due to the fact they have lost 3 running backs. Question is, is he any good anymore?

Your guess is as good as mine. I think he is 28...so he should have at least 2-3 more years of mileage on him. I don't know though. The Patriots would be interesting.

Pioli and Belichick are close. Bill will know the skinny on L.J. through Scott.

Idk why he'd ever go to the Steelers? They already have a guy who's only a runner, they don't need another. He'd be better at the Redskins with Portis goin down or the Seahawks who just don't have any running game to speak of.

On one team he'd have a shot at a SB ring. On the other team he'd have a shot at being on a crappy team. He's had one of those long enough.

Portis could be a question mark with Sunday's injury and Snyder doesn't mind throwing money around or bringing on a questionable character.

He is going to the Redskins.

The price will be right for the Bengals to block that move. I'm not sure that at this point in the season he would make an impact anywhere he happens to sign. He made just fade off into the abyss.

I was hoping someone would say we should sign him. I had a line all ready: I'll take CJ over LJ any day!:D OK so it is a slow day, somebody gong me.

I think the Pats pass on LJ and sign LenDale in the offseason to be their starter.

Texans were hotly in the mix but declined. He may not get signed at all.

Larry Johnson's agent Peter Schaffer said he's "talking with many teams and two you would never guess." I tried to guess, he wouldn't bite.

1st no way in gods green earth does Mike Tomlin want that headache in Pittsburg and they have a 2nd year back that is starting to get it and also have fast willie parker and meweldie moore.

2nd why would seattle want him? just because they have a nonexistant run game? They have let go of Edjerin James. so does lj have more left than edge? who knows. I dont think Mora wants the headache either.

the cheatriots I think would be a good place for him because bill wont take his crap and they are in need of somebody to help run the ball.

I dont think Cable is in any spot to bring in somone like jonson. It may be a good fit though with both of them being abusive to women.

I think lj may be done and if he is not then he will not be a starting rb in the nfl.

Apparently the 'Skins preferred Quinton Ganther to LJ

Redskins announced today that they placed safety Chris Horton on Injured Reserve and re-signed running back Quinton Ganther.

It sees I heard somewhere right before the games on sunday that the skins had waived Q to make room for someone else.

But you cant blame the skins for signing ganther instead of bringing in the headache and unproductive rb that is lj. See even Zorn has a little bit of a brain.

He is going to the Redskins.

That's where I think he will end up too.It makes sense because the other teams that have been mentioned so far (Oakland,Pittsburgh) have quality backs already.Seattle is a possibilty as well.
