Free agents WR Justin McCareins and CB Reynaldo Hill have yet to hear from the Titans about the possibility of being re-signed.
Neither player should be holding his breath. McCareins will be lucky to catch on elsewhere as a fifth receiver, and the Titans soured on Hill after he lost his starting job early in 2007 and finished the past two seasons on injured reserve.

I wouldn't mind seeing Justin return but Rey Hill should've been gone a LONG time ago.

well jmac had his moments last season but definately was short of spectacular "which was never expected" but i did expect a little more consistance out of him being back with the dinger.
I suppose due to the lack that we still have at wr he could be utilized at times this coming season. but if we were to actually pick up holt he wouldnt be needed at all.

but Rey Hill should've been gone a LONG time ago.
He was a starter for a lot of games, and he still was an OK backup. The guy has more career interceptions than Pacman as well. ;)
He never was going to be great, but he earned his spot in the Titans lineup, something a #1 pick like Woolfolk never did.

I'm happy my first post on this board can be to express my gratitude to Fisher and Co. for not contacting Rey or Jmac.

It seemed like every time J Mac made a play last year the officials had missed a call on him.
I was driving down church street the other day and J Mac washed my windows for me with a news paper. He said he is pretty content with what he is doing now and wants to focus on his new career. I told him he sucks and the Titans really don't want him back anyhow.

Just dont toss him the money afterwards. No way he would catch it.

I don't get why Rosenhaus would take on a client like rey rey. I guess every penny counts.

id say bring him back to compete for a roster spot next year.
he would most likely be cut, but we did lose carr and king

people might forget that hill was very good his rookie season.
he had a lot of interceptions.
but the sad part is as he career went on instead of getting better he had a massive regression.
