Kuharsky has a little breakdown of Vince's cap implications through the 2011 season along with how it would affect the cap if he is cut during each season. Based on these numbers I have to agree with Kuharsky...If Vince gets a chance this year, he had better absolutely light it up or I don't see him being around in 2010.

he's due a $4.25 roster bonus, a $7.5 million base salary and would cost $14.21 against the cap under contract and only $4.29 million if he was taken off the roster in 2010.

I doubt we dump him this year, but if he doesn't perform I don't think he will be around next year.

He may not even get the opportunity to show what he can do if Kerry continues to win. I still think we were the best team in the league last year. We really need to get a playoff win. I hope everybody learned last year that it doesn't matter how well you perform in the regular season. If you can't win in the playoffs it don't mean ****. I hope our window hasn't closed on the superbowl.

Vince needs to give Paul an interview otherwise this is going to go on for a long time.
