besides the obvious superhuman players( VY, CJ, BRITT), the rest of the team played phenomenally.

Scaife hauled in some important catches Wycheck-style

Hawk pulled one in

Crumpler was there when we needed him

Washington was money

Cook did his thing

the O-line protected VY well against a good defense and our D only bent a few times, but never broke.

a true team effort!

I disagree with some of ur statements

1. Hawk grabbed not just one, but a few good balls, especially that 4th down

2. washington dropped a few catches that he should catch, so saying he was money in this game was far from accurate

3. I guess the D overall was good only let up 10 points, (not coutning kickoff return) but that one TD drive of theirs, was just a manhandling
I agree about Cook, do you all realize how hard it is to sit on the sideline with no offensive time (just special teams) then come in at the end of the game when its on the line and make sum catches and yac? nice job

cook looked pretty fast for a big man.

as for hawkins, i hope he can keep it up...he may actually be that future slot guy we have been looking for.

Washington needs to get demoted to slot guy once Gage is back, because Kenny earned himself a starting job.

Also if Vince hadn't converted that 4th and goal everyone would be blaming Nate for dropping a TD on 3rd.

Lavelle Hawkins and Jared Cook were heroes on that last drive...

Who would have guessed it?

This is the 1st time hawk has actually got into a game that mattered and produced, honestly he reminds me of Wes welker, the way he was running with the ball, quick moves/strong running-so either keep it up or trade him to New England for a 2nd/7th like welker lol

I was tellling 309 before the game how badly Hawkins suck...and then he comes on in this game. He really needed to start showing something besides poor route running.

Young joked that "persuasiveness" of offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger has something to do with the improved performance of Hawkins and Cook.

"You don't have any choice but to answer," Young said.

:lol

Another good one

In the most important drive of the season, the Titans leaned on rookie Kenny Britt, rookie Jared Cook and the almost forgotten Lavelle Hawkins. Vince Young credited offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger: "You got a guy like Heimerdinger who is crazy, drinks a lot of Diet Coke. He stays on their heads every day.''

Sounds like Vince and Dinger have a great relationship. :)

vince has decided it is wise to listen to dinger and once he did he has seen the results.
:)
thus it just gets easier and they are now working on plays on the fly during the game.
