That's the party line the Titans are touting this offseason. Haynesworth was dominant at tackle and he made everyone else's job easier - but life goes on.
"He demanded double teams from everybody that played against him,'' said middle linebacker Stephen Tulloch. "At the same time, it's an 11-man game on defense.
"We have a guy named Jason Jones who is not a secret anymore. He's a guy with a humongous upside that I'm looking forward to playing with.''
Jones had five sacks as a rookie. He'll open camp second team behind free-agent acquisition Jovan Haye. Tony Brown is the other starter at tackle for the team that posted the best regular-season record in the league last year at 13-3.
Haynesworth isn't the only defection to greener pastures. Defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz left to become head coach of the winless Detroit Lions.
Tennessee promoted from within, tabbing staff veteran Chuck Cecil as the new coordinator. Cecil had a reputation as a hard-nosed player that his players look forward to embracing.
"I don't think we'll be on our heels,'' Vanden Bosch said.
