According to sources, the one hangup seems to be the length of the race. Johnson wants the race to be 60 yards or less, while Bolt would like it to be longer.

The simple solution would be to have 2 races (40 yards and 100 meter). That way, CJ would have a chance at beating Bolt in the 40 but Bolt could still claim tops in the 100 meter.
