Theismann says Tebow should have retired

In a Radio Row interview with Mike Dempsey of 1010XL in Jacksonville, former Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann was candid regarding the pro prospects of former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow.

Theismann thinks that Tebow should have retired after his college football career ended.

Theismann never knows when to shut up anyway, he has the worse case of diarrhea of the mouth I've ever heard.


I could give a crap about Florida or Tebow, but I hope the kid can carve out a decent NFL career just to stick it to all the detractors. He seems like a good kid who had one heluva college career. Why can't they give him a chance before they shoot him down. Bugs me.
