If the Titans don't re-sign Keith Bulluck, Indianapolis All-Pro defensive end Dwight Freeney would like to see the veteran linebacker finish his career with the Colts.

"To have a guy who has the experience that he does around the locker room ... that would be a tremendous help,'' Freeney said Wednesday at Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Bulluck and Freeney were teammates at Syracuse and remain friends. Bulluck, who is recovering from ACL surgery, is scheduled to become a free agent in March if the Titans don't re-sign him.

"He is a tremendous athlete, tremendous talent, and a great guy off the field and I am definitely pulling for him," Freeney said.

NOOOOOO!!!!

I would go berzerk if Bulluck ends up playing with them. I hope our FO does something with sense for a long time, signs him and he retires as a Titan.

This actually helps the Titans. I can't imagine them wanting Bulluck to be a Colt. It should be added incentive to strike some sort of deal.

I would be very surprised if the Colts went after Bulluck, it's not the way they go about business. IMO

I don't see it happening either Parddy and for the same reason. The G-Men would be a more likely target.

I can't imagine there will be a market clamoring for the services of an aged linebacker with a bum knee.

How can it help them if they haven't bothered with him yet?

Yeah, bum knee...but he could help our defense if he's able to come back. If that Freeney is saying, that he could still be a lot of help...then he sure can be a lot of help for our team.

Hopefully, that will come around April or May at the latest. (just wishful thinking, here)

Did Freeney become a doctor while I wasn't paying attention?

All this is is a former college teammate talking up one of his friends. Freeney knows the type of leader that KB is but he has no clue what KB can do on the field after this surgery. Freeney also wont have the slightest bit of influence on whether KB is signed by them or not.
