It looks like they did public universities only, which makes sense from a Freedom of Public Information Act perspective.
I looked at my alma mater, Austin Peay, and it was interesting that they get a lot more money from student fees ($1.86 million) than ticket sales ($147,000). They actually get more money from contributions, guarantees, and licensing than ticket sales.
In terms of expenses, coaches and staff combines get paid just a little less than financial aid to the athletes, and all of that combined is about 73% of the overall budget ($7.4 million).
Compare that UT-Knoxville, where their budget is $106 million. Ticket sales is their #1 source of revenue at $32 million. Another big difference is that coaches and staff get paid about $34 million, while the athletes get $10 million in financial aid.
