Help!

I am doing a project for my marketing class about the recent crazy expansion talk, and I have had a blast doing the assignment, but I need help configuring my one of my last conferences in the Pac12. As of now, I am expanding them to 16 teams for my project as my thing revolves around the idea of super conferences. The pac12 I have so far consists of the usual 12:

-Washington
-Washington State
-California
-Stanford
-UCLA
-USC
-Arizona
-Arizona State
-Oregon
-Oregon State
-Colorado
-Utah

But I need to add 4 more teams, out of which I have selected the following teams for acceptance into the conference. The ones in bold are the ones I will probably include, but I need to narrow it down to 4. The oter non-bolded ones are ones i am still considering tho:

-Brigham Young-Good academics, good football, get the rest of Utah's tv audience
-New Mexico-Alright in football, fastest growing area in country
-Texas A&M-Huge fanbase, good academics, solid in most sports
-Kansas-Basj=ketball powerhouse, alright in football, KC market
-Oklahoma State-Good in everything but not great, control the rest of oklahoma
-Kansas State
-Boise State
-UNLV
-Nevada

Any help here? Its worth 17 percent of our grade...but its been a fun assignment.
