This is one hell of a game so far and Favre looks fine for missing camp

I get home from dinner just in time to see Favre do what he does best - remind all of us that no matter how sick we get of him, he's still awesome to watch play football.

Before the game I predicted Vikes losing, now I'm saying they'll win especially after the aints FG shank.

crocs does look pretty good, but they are protecting him with their lives. i'm wondering how he will fare after a few sacks...old bag 'o bones.

Watching this I really wonder how NO got so far last year. The have no running game to speak of.

Favre should have been intercepted three or four times-lucky except for the one. I can't believe the way he just tosses it out when he's in trouble.

Their running game isn't all that bad when they actually try and run the ball.

I'm really surprised that was such a low scoring game and it was fast.

The streak continues. The Super Bowl winner has not lost at home on these Thursday night openers yet.

I really feel for the Vikes fans. Your team goes out and loses a tough road game on a Thursday night opener in front of a national audience. Next, you wait 10 days, come home, play a little flat and lose a game you should have won. Then back on the road with a tough foe........

Next thing you know it's Halloween and you're 0-6........ have a nice season Minny.....

THIS is EXACTLY why I don't bet early in the NFL season. So much for the "over" !

Well...this is the official start for the long awaited regular season kickoff.

New Orleans looked focused and far away from suffering of that "champion-itis" syndrom that always start with the SB winner.
Favre needs Rice to recover from that injury...

So.... Did Farve need training camp? I dont think it would have hurt. I think even Farve needs to practice alittle
