I think we should have taken Moore, we could have gotten Marks or another serviceable DT like Roy Miller in the 3rd. CB just seems like a bigger need than DT, especially with the addition of Haye this offseason.
But I'll bite my tongue until I see what he can or cannot do on the field. We still may get a damn good corner out of this draft, and I'm sure Marks will certainly add to our salty DL rotation.

Welcome to Nashville Sen'Derrick Marks!
I would rather have D.J. Moore or Michael Johnson, but im alright with this....Good for our depth up the middle....Our D-line should look like this:
LE - Javon Kearse (backed up by Ford and Hayes)
DT - Tony Brown (backed up by Vickerson)
DT - Jason Jones (backed up by Haye and Marks)
RE - Vanden Bosch (backed up by Ball)

Welcome to Nashville, I think with Washburn's tutelage that Marks could be a stud.

I don't know much about him....but I think with his size he'll be an asset....don't know how much more he can pack on though as he's only 6'2''
I'm really liking him after listening to his conference call.
Funny, confident, humble, knowledgeable, seems to get on well with the staff.
I like this pick.

ESPN Insider pick analysis:
30. (62) Tennessee Titans
The pick: Sen'Derrick Marks, DT, Auburn
What he brings: Marks doesn't have great strength for a 306-pound defensive tackle, but he makes up for it with his quick first step. He's a disruptive run defender who can make plays in the backfield and occasionally in pursuit. In addition, there's a lot to like about his potential as a pass-rusher.
How he fits: This pick adds depth to a defensive line that lost Albert Haynesworth in free agency. Tony Brown played well in 2008, Jason Jones -- a second round pick in 2008 -- has tremendous upside and Javon Haye was acquired in free agency. Marks will likely be the fourth defensive tackle in the rotation to start and eventually will grow into a starter.

Welcome to Nashville, Tennessee, and the Titans. Do what you're supposed to do here, and that's make plays and help us win. I'll reserve further judgment until I see him play.
Go Titans!!!

It's a very good player and he seems to have that good work ethic and has the potential to be an impact player.
