Last I checked it was still a team game..... I can see where the comparison is, we all know Jay has his problems, problem is he's not had a coach that will jerk a knot in his ass and bench him for sucking.

jay comes across as a real jerk to me! in interviews and things, he just seems very subdued, just out there in a bad way!
