In an echo of the New England Patriots' "Spygate" scandal, the NFL is investigating whether a Broncos employee videotaped a San Francisco 49ers walk-through at London's Wembley Stadium four weeks ago.

Broncos fined $50K and Josh McDaniels fined $50K for illegally taping a practice. Team reported the violation to the NFL.

Team video director Steve Scarnecchia took the video and presented it that day to head coach Josh McDaniels, who declined to view it ... (yeah right)

However, as a result of failing to report the incident as required by league policy, McDaniels has been fined $50,000 by Commissioner .

So he knew it was going on. The NFL should have dropped the hammer harder on him.
