Snippet about King from the article. The article itself is more about how much he fell in the draft.
King ranks among the most productive defensive players in Iowa football history. He was named the Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year. He had 15.5 tackles for loss last year, including four sacks. He had 54 tackles, six quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles. He was named a second-team All-American by the Associated Press and first-team All-American by ESPN. He also was Iowa's co-MVP and named a permanent team captain.
Like I said yesterday, being here in Iowa City I saw him play a lot. He was a real presence on the field, even if he wasn't directly in on the play he'd be making something happen to force a defensive play.

Nice article. It would be cool if the Titans found a player in the undrafted pool who could contribute.

You have a connection to Iowa, Liam?
Great read. If he is going to make it, he'll have no better chance than here.

Im a fan. Ive seen a few televised games (as they're rare in the UK) in the past few seasons. I like Iowa & TTU and i used to follow Texas but thats because they were on UK TV every week butim not to keen on Longhorns anymore, but i love Iowa and always will and I cant wait to see how Jewel Hampton (He's starting at RB right?) does this coming season.

Heads up from Gary Estwick's blog...
UNDRAFTED free agent Mitch King of Iowa seems like a good shot to challenge for a roster spot in training camp. If the 6-2, 280-lbs, defensive tackle makes it, who would be your odd Titans player out? Kevin Vickerson, a big, big body in the middle or Dave Ball - not as big but plenty versatile because he can play DT and DE? I've got a story coming out on King in the coming day(s).
