Dallas - Wade Phillips - Jason Garrett
Denver - Josh McDaniels
Minnesota - Brad Childress - Leslie Frazier
San Francisco - Mike Singletary
Cleveland - Eric Mangini

Teams that may end up firing their HC:

Oakland
Cincinnati
Jacksonville - Jack Del Rio
Houston - Gary Kubiak
Tennessee

Houston looks like their keeping Kubiak while signing wade phillips. Imo Fish will either be in Oak, SF, Jax. He won't go to Cin. Definitely not with their talent. Their poised to be a high scoring passing team. Not Fishers style.

As of today. Carolina will hire Cowher IMO, and if Harbaugh doesn't take the Michigan HC position, he will be the new HC of Denver(1A) or San Fransisco(1B). Oakland may fire their coach but I doubt it even though there are mumblings. Cincy will probably fire their coach, and Jacksonville will probably do the same...so basically what I am saying is their should only be 4 on that list (Jax, Ten, Cin and either Denver/San Fransisco) that will be really trying to find new coaches. And out of those 4 teams I would rate them in this order of desirability:

1-SF/Den
2-Tennessee
3-Jacksonville
4-Cincinnati

In other words, we will have a great shot at getting our guy IMO.

Aw...Dave...Why he took a Ratbirds team to the Super Bowl and they won it. Why I thought that you'd be overjoyed to have him as our new HC, what with Jeff moving to Jacksonville...:lol

Del Rio looks like he found the group of players that will not let him down. I think that's a good step for that team.

I am still scratching my head... why in the World they don't like winning teams at Houston???? That city gives me nightmares for the 19 years I followed the Oilers (a mountain of frustrations too) and now they keep Kubiak?? Wow...

They really like pain and desperation out there...

I don't understand why. He ended their streak of 7 consecutive seasons of losing 10 games or more. He got through the domestic violence accusations without incident, and apparently the assistant coach incident didn't have as much teeth against him as was first reported. That said, it seemed like he got that team to play hard for him, even though he had to have a carousel at QB between ineffective play and injuries to Bruce Gradkowski and Jason Campbell. I wouldn't mind him coaching again.

Listening to Mike & Mike this morn, sounds like Pat Shurmur is the top candidate for the Cleveland job. Woulnd't surprise me as Holmgren had great affection for his Uncle Fritz. If Pat has any of that personality and talent, Mike will hire him.

I wonder how many of the coaches who were retained kept their jobs due to the uncertainty with the labor agreement? Guys like Fisher, Kubiak, Lewis, Del Rio, etc.
