Too bad he bogeyed two of the last three holes. :(
But he is in a tie for 7th place, 5 behind the leaders (Mickelson and Haas). Top 10 finishes is what a guy like Snedeker needs, so hopefully he can pull it off tomorrow.

Hope he can just have a good finish today. I hated to see Tiger and Daly fade, but Phil is still playing well.

Hard not to be a fan of Bubba Watson. Dude plays golf the way I love it, emotional, powerful off the tee and looks like he has fun. Beats watching the Ben Cranes and Retief Goosens. Also, I love lefties. I took up golf as a lefty and back then (early 80s) most stores didn't carry lefty clubs. My how the times have changed.

Snedeker pocketed $150,000 for his 9th place finish. Congrats!
It is also one the rare times he finished above Woods.

Blake, I like Bubba, also. I too, play from the left. Congrats to Bubba, Phil, and Brandt!

What can I say? I like both! Seriously, I'd rather watch both than to watch the super bowl this year.

Let's get you out there, youngin, and see how well you're able to hit the little white ball. Us geezers would love to see it.

I just can't get into watching golf the last few years and I love the sport. I first started playing at 15 years old because all the courses in Las Vegas would let kids under 18 play for free or for really cheap. I played the local course that was a half mile from my house at least 4 times a week. This was an executive course (par 4's were only around 340ish yards while the par 5's were 500 to 550) that was a par 70 so it was perfect for a beginner. The people who lived and worked there probably helped my love for the sport as well. There were a few older couples that would often tee off at the same time I did because they liked grouping with me and talking to me. My best round ever (shot a 2 over 72) was played there. Oddly enough my 2nd best round (4 over 76) was shot at one of the longest courses in Vegas.
My little story has nothing to do with this topic but I thought I'd share it anyways. I hope once I get my liver transplant that my energy levels will get back up to the point where I can play competitively again. I can't stand to play now because my game has suffered so much from the lack of practice.
