Morning line favorite I Want Revenge was scratched this morning. Any Derby picks out there? I am going with Pioneerof the Nile.

The Exacta paid $2,074.80. The Superfecta paid $557,006.40. :ohmy
I will probably be totally wrong in saying this, I don't think this horse has a chance in winning the triple crown. I think the track condition had alot to do with him winning.

Saw that on ESPN this morning. Trainer said he was originally planning on skipping it and going straight to the Belmont.

Its too bad the former owners of Rachel Alexandra did not run her in the Derby, we could have finally seen a triple crown winner. She is an awesome horse.

She won't win the Belmont.

I predict MTB wins it. If he had another 50 feet or so he would have beaten her yesterday.

The Belmont is a long race and RA was fading at the end. If MTB comes on like he did in the Preakness and Derby, he'll blow by her in NY for the victory.

If her owners are smart, she won't.

She's not set up to be a Belmont winner; she's a speed horse.

There's no way she goes wire to wire in New York.

Either MTB or another long runner would track her down and put her in the rear-view.
