NEW YORK (AP)—Manny Ramirez was suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball on Thursday, becoming the latest high-profile player ensnared in the sport’s drug scandals.

The commissioner’s office didn’t announce the specific violation by the Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder, who will lose about one-third of his $25 million salary.

It's time that all those important baseball players, stop using that crap.

50 games for Manny...sounds about right.

I hope his abscence doesn't hurt the Dodgers, though.

Didn't realize that many of Boras's clients were on that list.

I wonder how many other agents have that many big name players that have been busted already.

I am going with Ortiz, the production level in his career just looks bad, from mediocre to superstar after joining Manroid and the Bosox, they were best friends, and now his stats are in the gutter again...
