I don't know if there are boxing fans here...but if anyone alse saw this fight on past Saturday...this is the biggest ROB in the history of Boxing.
Marquez, had the greatest preparation in his life, his strategy was one Paquiao couldn't solve. Marquez also came victorious in several rounds, while Paquiao in maybe a couple of 12.
The best "pound by pound" career now is really well stained and blackened. Boxing is stained and lost a huge vouch of crediblity. Paquiao might hold the belt now...but the ones who saw the fight really know who the real champion is.

Being where you are from I'm not surprised you feel this way. Don't take that wrong. It's just everyone sees things through tinted glasses when it comes to their own teams, players, or anything else along these lines. I personally felt that Marquez won but there were a number of rounds that were so close that I had no problem with it going the other way. Marquez screwed himself in the 12th because he thought he had the fight won and didn't even try in that round. Had he tried and won the 12th round then he could have possibly even won the fight (at worst he would have gotten a draw).

I like to see things as they are shown, and I'm an enemy of deceiving myself..or letting my eyes deceive me.
On the 12th, it looked like Marquez, was just keeping Paquiao on the place he was during all the fight...under the score and under his strategy.
Rumors said that the Mayweather vs. Paquiao fight, was the reason why Marquez wasn't given the win. Even the 10/1 Paquiao had in his favor in the odds.

Titanico, I used to box 20 years ago. I score most of these big fights when I watch the replay, and will be doing that on Saturday at 9:30 pm Central time when HBO shows the replay. I'll give you a fighter's opinion of the decision once I have seen it.

Interesting. That'll give me another feed on the fight.
The media over here is absolutely sure that Marquez, won. I saw him won...as many other thousand of viewers.

After having just finished watching the replay, I scored the fight 115-114 for Marquez. I am a Pacquaio fan, but I feel that Marquez edged him this time. I had the 12th round even, as I thought no one did anything in that round to establish a winner. Manny got caught more frequently than he had since his last loss to Erik Morales. Marquez countered and retreated most of the night, but he landed the more effective punches in my opinion. No matter what, at least these two guys fight all opponents. Unlike Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Huh? They have fought a lot of the same guys. Mayweather destroyed Marqeuz.
That fight was a robbery. They way I saw it, if the judges gave Pac EVERY close and disputed round, he still lost 7rounds to 5 or 115-113.
Mayweather would beat Pac easily. He is every bot the tactical boxer MArqeuz is but with more speed, power, overall ability.

The difference is the heart of the two fighters. Pacquaio and Marquez aren't afraid to get hit. They'll take an occasional punch in order to make sure that they land their shots. Mayweather is afraid to get hit. I believe that he has the same glass jaw that his uncle Roger had during his career. Shane Mosley nearly KO'd Mayweather with one punch in their fight, and Mosley isn't a one-punch knockout artist at 147 pounds. If Mosley wasn't 175 years old, he probably finishes Floyd instead of eating leather for the rest of the fight. Mayweather has made excuses over and over for avoiding Pacquaio, trying to claim he was using HGH and/or steroids. Until this fight was over, he had no interest in fighting Manny. Mayweather is afraid that he'll meet the same fate that Roy Jones Jr. did: Once you fight someone who hits you on the jaw, the glass breaks and your legend goes with it.

Ha. Roy Jones lost when he got old, had shot reflexes and moved down 2 weight classes and 30 pounds too quickly. Prior to that, it could be argued that he had not lost a round in years. He was 35 years old when he lost and he is a fighter whose advantages were built on out of this world athleticism, which he lost at age 35,. 28 year old Roy Jones dominates Antonio Tarver. It has nothing to do with someone standing up to him and hitting him in the mouth or whatever.
As far as I can tell, the only blip on Mayweathers radar is that he got hit and took a hard shot from an older Shane Mosley? A guy with 39 KOs? Look, Mayweather blasts out Pac easily. This so called super fight would be anti-climatic but it looks like you already have some built in excuse in the event that Mayweather wins. It is clear Pac is juicing. He refused to take a blood test due to some fear of needles? Cmon. It was the same test for each of them and Pac man refused.
