The 5th was the original team getting to retain the player, losing the player would result in something a little higher, IMO.

albert was the most valuable piece to our defense when he was on the field.


if they can find evidence they did tamper.
they should give up the position of the draft pick depending on his play
if he has a season like last year or a pro bowl year, i think we should get a 1st round pick.
if he sucks, then no later than a 4th or 5th

the first comment on wyatt's page is interesting, that is

why isnt haynesworth and his agent punished as well. It takes two to make the deal, so to completely stop this from happening in the future, make it so that the player can be punished if found to be contributing to this tampering

It shouldn't depend on how AH plays! These teams need to be made an example out of. These teams are laughing at the fact they might only have to give up a 4th or 5th to get there hands on the best DT in the NFL. Regardless the teams need to be held to a higher standard to learn anything from it. No swapping of picks, they need to just flat out give us a 3rd and 4th or better.

washington doesnt care about their draft picks anyhow. They won't even be pahsed by giving up a later round pick.
