The draft is closely approaching, and we still have no real idea as to who the Titans might draft? Any real thought you guys.

The 30th pick is so deep, it really is hard to predict. My guess is D.J. Moore, just becuase we need a good corner for depth, and he might be around at that position.

Seeing our track record with WR's I bet we don't go that direction with our 1st round pick. I'm leaning towards adding a good CB.

If we don't get Holt then hopefully it is a WR

I'm starting to lean more toward BAP, whether that be CB, LB, DL or WR. I'd rather it be CB because there will still be guys like Jarret Dillard, Mike Thomas, Quan Cosby, etc.. available later in the draft at receiver.

if anything it will be on d, probably a corner because like sec309 said we need depth and that would be good to have since old man harper is gettin you know old.
and since our d line is pretty deep it makes me think even more that it will be a db and we will add more depth with the 4 extra picks we got.

I agree. Best available and whoever is highest on the board at that time.

I think anyone who thinks it will be a WR is just setting themselves up for disappointment.
The most likely is a CB since we have a massive need for depth and Harper is in his last year. Although BAP is a strong candidate too if someone falls to us.

I think it's gonna be a DB, but I will say that if things go our way, I would NOT be surprised to see us grab a WR in the first. Much like I had a good feeling about CJ last year before the draft ( but thought we'd take him in the 2nd.. )
I have a good feeling about this kid.

In the latest Mock 246.0, McShay has us taking Britt in the first, and DT Ricky Jean-Francois in the second.

If you've watched this team and this F.O. draft the last few years, and know the teams current make-up, there is no way the titans go into the draft with anything more than a list of who they like the most accross all positions, and take the best athlete available at the time of their pick. there's no position we have a dire need for, according to fisherball, and no position we have so locked down we wouldn't add to it.

i wouldnt be suprised if teams are still wary of getting wr's early.
so if there is one that looks good they may go for them because a late first is almost like a second.
but really i suspect they will want to go more for a cb or lb.

I think they'll go for a full or maybe a half or better yet, maybe a quarter type to be a reliable back-up for the starter type at said position sort-of...

I agree, too.
If the FO can prove to me that by taking the best available player at 30 is the correct thing for the team, I'm just fine with it.

CB, WR, DT, LB are all real possibilities.
