Yep, that was sad to read and some of those moments are etched forever in my memory:
"We were booed off our own field at 1-4,"
That had to be their lowest moment as a team and mine as a fan. I became unglued. Then to run with the rest of the season and end up losing to the &*#^@!$ faiders... that loss after that season was heartbreaking.
"the AFC Divisional Playoff loss to the Ravens at LP Field on Jan. 10.... I think that was definitely the toughest loss I've had to deal with. It was sickening."
I'm still bitter and that's all I have to say about that.
"On Dec. 13, 2004, the Titans led the Chiefs 38-35 with less than two minutes to play on Monday Night Football..."
Bulluck wants a moment back from that game and it's funny to me because I'm happy to keep it. It was a crappy season but it was that game I finally let go off the Chiefs. Though the Titans lost, it was how they played that won my heart.
Nine years. Assuming this is his last year here, I don't know that it'll hurt me as bad as when EG and Mac left, but I'm already gripped by melancholy. Kind of feels like a vise.

It has been sad to have a team that had offered a realistic chance to finally get the Lombardi...and then shyat happens.
In all, the Music City Miracle was a great cure against the effin' Bills.
I hope this 2009 team comes out with the 2008 swagger..and now makes it happen.

I will definitely miss Bulluck if this is his last year. "53" has been a special number for me since a trip to Europe in high school (it just showed up everwhere, some good, some bad). I knew I had to get his jersey at some point, and I have worn his longer than anyone else's.
Bulluck is another one of those players that should be remembered as one of the all-time Titans' greats (ring of honor) but won't be a Hall of Famer. I still wonder what would have happened to McNair, Eddie, and Bulluck if the Titans would have won that AFC title game against the Raiders and gone on to win the Super Bowl...
Bulluck does have a mouth, but he always seems to be thinking about the team rather than himself. :thumbsup I have always been proud of him, and I hope he can make this last season (if it comes to that) one to remember for all time.

We can collect keys and have a Bulluck statue done...
(placing the statue somewhere near the stadium)

i really hope he doesnt go.
after watching last season, he still seems to have much left in the tank & i would rather have him that over half of the LBs in the NFL right now based on talent wise.
but id choose him over anyone anyday because, well no explantion needed. hes meant alot to this organization and i have enjoyed watching him play the past 9 years.

One of my favorites.
Hope he can retire a Titan.
But our record says he won't.

i have this sneaky suspicion Keith might be an exception...im thinking he will do like Ray Ray and find out that maybe no one really wants him that bad....after all we know how titans fare with other teams with the exception of Derrick Mason

Bulluck is not as shop-worn as Ray Lewis. Plus, most teams will look to him as a secondary leader, not the primary. Keith going to a contender that needs a secondary leader (i.e. Rodney Harrison with the Patriots) would be a good addition to the roster.

Giving Bulluck another deal would not hurt this franchise. Letting him go would seems like a no brainer to me. But I don't make the decisions.
