i hope we all realize that all 32 teams in the league have the same record now....we no longer have that 8-0 cushion, 10-0 cushion.....etc...etc...i think everyone has their hopes up about this being the best titans team ever and that we SHOULD be in the final 4 of the AFC....while this may be true (hopefully) we have to keep that mindset of starting at 0-0....we want to:

1. BEAT the Steelers
2. BEAT HOUSTON AT HOME (this is a must)
3. get houston and jax in the cellar quickly so its us and Indy
4. beat Indy at home and try to get a 2 up lead on them in the division so we dont "have" to win @Indy
5. Dont suffer from the West Coast disaster
6. avoid NE until the AFC title game
7. Hope NE gets upset and we host the AFC title....if not then we must go to New England and hope for the biggest upset in Titans history.
8. Head to the Super Bowl
9. Beat the New York Giants
10. Think about all thats happened in the last 10 years of titans football

ok so maybe im a little drunk making this post...but oh well

Out of respect to the board. And please understand that I love the Titans. I'm proud of them. They represent our city well and I root hard for them. I never miss a game. I wear Titans gear as often as I do my Giants stuff. But when you've been a fan of a team for nearly 30 years, it's hard to abandon them.

TGB, I feel your pain. The Titans, much as I love them (and the Oilers before them) are my #2 team. The Cowboys are my hometown team and first NFL love - those bonds don't break. (Besides, the 'Boys never moved off to some foreign state :cry like my Oilers did. :nono)

i have both of yours pain! i was raised in houston til i was 16, and i have been living in san antiono for 12 years, when the oilers moved, i cried like a baby! i really did, my mother tried everything to get me to stop, and i would not! nothing would work! it took a while for me to get over it, but i stuck with them, my heart moved to nashville right along with them, and i will , never, ever, ever abandon this team! i am so stoked for the season!

me lads, the grandest feast ever, is almost ready for its final touch ups AND THEN! heehehee! THEN MY FELLOW TITANITES it will be time for us, to partake in this feast! who's hungry?!
