I took a great interest in a drill Sunday that pitted linebackers against running backs in a pass protection scenario.

I thought Stephen Tulloch was especially impressive going against the Titans running backs in the team's first practice in shoulder pads.

Today was pretty weird! Everybody keeps saying something else is up with Britt "Fisher continued to decline to say what the injury was, on a day when Kenny Britt talked openly about the right hamstring that landed him on PUP. If Bironas' injury is so insignificant, than why wouldn't it be shared? It gives us all reason to believe something odd is up.

I got the impression KB isn't happy with Britt's absense also! He said something like "If i was him watching all his Draft players practicing hard I wouldn't be walking around smiling and laughing" :doh

DAVIS IMPRESSES: Cornerback Tarnard Davis now has three interceptions during live play over the past two days. Today Davis had two interceptions, and on Saturday he jumped a slant route to get to the ball in front of tight end Jared Cook. After losing cornerbacks Chris Carr and Eric King to free agency, the Titans are looking for one of their new cornerbacks to step up and be effective.

Other brief observations...QB's looking better overall. Ramsey improving. Nate and 12Gage making nice grabs. Chris Davis made another really nice catch yesterday. Ringer is showing something he took first team reps. Lendale really looks good. Dline is going to be good. I've been underwhelmed by J. Haye so far. As well as with Edison and Guice. Not really making much of a mark on ST or in WR drills. Keith said the D was trash yesterday. I disagree. The offense won overall but the D was still good and will get better. Keith had some fun very brief fan interaction. The players were very engaged yesterday and are getting ready to play. Jevon got his bell rung but he looks to be ok. Nick Harper almost had an interception and got ragged a bit by one fan about his eyes lol. It was all in good fun. Still a really good play.

Keith said the D was trash yesterday. I disagree. The offense won overall but the D was still good and will get better.
I won't get scared unless the offense wins all camp battles. 50/50 works for me, though :D

I think it shows how much improved our offense is with the new additions that camp battles are much closer. Our D is used to dominating. :) The D is still awesome but we need our offense improved to make them better and I think we have mission accomplished.
