I'm not quite sure how not drinking Tequila helps with weight loss however, it does wonders for improving your memory loss.......

there's a lottt of sugar in tequila... specially cuervo. could be wrong.

He said he quit drinking all together for the last 6 months. I know a lot of drinks have more sugar than recomended in a daily diet so I could see him losing a few pounds but more than 30, he must have drank like a fish.

what ever he done he definately looks more like a rb. Good job Lendeesey:thumbsup

Drinking was just part of it. The worst part was after a night of drinking he goes out to eat then go to bed and that is how he was gaining the weight.

I remember those days well (most of them).

There was nothing like Krystal's at 3:AM when you were drunk as hell.

The next day was interesting to say the least.

same... then i went up to 225 until i realized that i couldn't eat everything in sight. Now I'm at a healthy 6'2" 205
