With all the help the Titans need with the pass rush, I'd be very surprised to see three corners in the first five rounds.
The Tennessee Titans - good for whatever ails you!

Most mocks I have seen have predicted Cooper or Mingo in round 1 for us. Quite a few other have Lotulelei dropping to us.

This is from Jim Wyatt's Tennessean blog today:

The NFL Draft is now roughly a month away.

So who will the Titans pick 10th overall? Well, one player has suddenly become a popular pick.

Here’s a look at some mock drafts:

Mel Kiper, ESPN – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Todd McShay, ESPN – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Charley Casserly, NFL Network – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Scott Pioli, NFL Network – S Kenny Vaccaro, Texas

Daniel Jeremiah, NFL Network – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Charles Davis, NFL Network – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Gil Brandt, NFL Network — G Chance Warmack, Alabama

Brian Billick, NFL Network – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout – DE/OLB Barkevious Mingo, LSU

Dan Brugler, NFLDraftScout – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

Tony Pauline, USA contributor – DE Ezekiel Ansah, Brigham Young

Don Banks, SI.com – G Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina

So.... every year I say I should pay more attention to college ball. Guess I better check out Cooper, huh?

Cooper and Warmack are seen as the top 2 guards in this years draft. Many are suggesting Cooper is a better fit because he is more athletic (Warmack is more along the lines of someone who uses brute force) and the Titans want to use a more open style of offense. If we had a true pocket QB these picks would probably be a bit more split down the middle between the two.

We would be drafting a damn good player no matter which one we get though.

My gut feeling is that Cooper would fit our blocking scheme better than Warmack... But i keep feeling like i'd be happier if we drafted Warmack. But your right... Either one will be great for 10 years plus. I never thought i'd ever be happy about dtafting a Guard in the Top-10 Picks.

Jonathan Cooper or Chance Warmack in the first, best available CB or DL in the second, and if Justin Hunter is still there in the third snatch him up.

I like the way he has players falling in the 2nd and 3rd round, But i wouldnt be overly thrilled with that being the Titans Draft. If the players fall like that i like our options.

Any chance we trade up and get Leon Sandcastle? I hear he can play both sides of the ball.

The fact Manti Te'o is even on the Titans radar makes me shake my head. I don't care about his personal issues but Alabama exposed him as overrated against NFL-caliber competition. I wouldn't even waste a 3rd on him if he were available.

One game now makes an entire career?

The entire ND defense (most importantly the D line) were exposed in that game. Te'o didn't have a good game (not even close), but that doesn't change everything he's done throughout his entire career.

I love Walts new mock having Dee Milliner and L.Warford at Picks 1 and 2... I think this is a far reach to assume Milliner would drop to 10! But anything is possible, I'm starting to get exited that the draft is getting closer.

I really like Warford in the 2nd. I think Grabbing Mingo in the first and Warford in the second would be awesome. Then if he's there, grab the honey badger in the 3rd. No need to draft a safety so high when we plan on keeping Griff. Not to mention we have Markelle MArtin who hasn't played yet. He's got about the same amount of upside as the majority of safeties in this draft maybe outside eric reid
