    Default 2018 Opponents

    Home:

    New York Jets
    New England Patriots
    Philadelphia Eagles
    Washington Redskins
    Baltimore Ravens
    (plus, the 3 divisional ones)

    Away:

    Buffalo Bills
    Miami Dolphins
    Dallas Cowboys
    New York Giants
    Los Angeles Chargers
    (plus, the 3 divisional ones)

Quiite tough schedule if they insist to keep Mularkey and Robiskie. Since they are incharged to keep a very weak state-of-mind, not confident players and with their talents somewhat frozen.

Schedule could be a tough test for any new HC and OC. But depending if they hire the right personel, since there are players with good, interesting talent...means that the Tennessee Titans could become a legit playoff contender if they get more wins than loses (and depending how they lose against).

Cowboys, Eagles, and Patriots, and 4 games against the Jags/Texans is a tall order...The Ravens and Chargers are also very formidable.

That could be 7-9 losses right there with this Titans team unless major improvements are made.

That has to be among the toughest schedules in the league next year in terms of win percentage. That would be a tough schedule for Belichick to do well against, let alone Mularkey or whoever our coach may be.

Actually, it is the 2nd easiest schedule based on win percentage. Only the Texans schedule is easier.

Hoping the Cowboys game is on Thanksgiving. Went up to Detroit in 2008 for us against the Lions and had a blast. That season was magical, too bad it ended the way it did.

Don't be coming in here with facts and $hit, you'll ruin the gloom and doom.

To be fair, our SOS is so low because the Colts and Texans were both 4-12, and we play them twice. The Texans definitely should be a contender for the division next year when their roster heals up (though they won't have a first round pick), while the Colts might be better (depends on whether Luck ever recovers completely).

The main difference between our schedule this year and the one next year is that this year's schedule had a lot of great defenses and ok offenses while next year has some really good offenses. The Titans have work to do to be able to contend against those types of teams.

Guessing 2 primetime games next year plus Thursday night.

Will say Pats Sunday, Ravens or Jags Monday and Texans/Colts Thursday.
What a long strange trip it's been...

Every playoff team gets at least one. Hence with the Pats to ensure an audience.

Is that a rule or a general rule of thumb? Because although I think all the teams this year on SNF made the playoffs last year, the same cannot be said for the year prior.

General. Did a little research after last season and showed any playoff teams gets at least one. I could be wrong here but think a playoff appearance gets them to SNF.

That's cool. As long as we don't lose a home game, I am fine with it. We are one of the few teams that has never played in London. Plus, we may actual beat the Chargers there, since we can't do it California.

Titans are 0-6 against the Chargers in California, and you have to go back to 1990 for the last franchise win there.

Another plus is that the Titans will have no other long road trips. No games in the Mountain or Pacific time zone this upcoming season.

Chargers are the home team...very cool

Raiders/Jags/Chargers will be the home teams for next year's series.

Happy they didn't lose a home game. Worth noting it's further from NY to LA than NY to London.

Interestingly, flight times are both about 6.5-7 hours.
