2018 Mexico City's Game - LA Rams vs. ?

It could be against any of their visiting teams.

Will be great to have LA Rams, since they had become in a clearly young, well-coached, ambitious force in the NFL.

Their home schedule (and their opponents) here at Mexico City could be any of these:

Arizona Cardinals
San Francisco 49ers (they have many fans over here)
Seattle Seahawks ( if this is a game, they also have many fans here and they are respected and well known)

Packers (they created a strong fan base during the Favre days)
Vikings (one of the most underrated followed teams here, with a respected tradition)

Eagles (since the McNabb days, this team harvested a good number of followers and people know who they are, specially for the very good march this season)

Kansas City (if they are the opponents I will make sure to take a banner saying "Hey Yvette, I am here you don't!" )
Chargers ( a team with huge tradition over here since the Dan Fouts days)

If there's a large fan base here...that's the Steelers one.

2 stadiums would be needed to hold them.

In south Texas, I regularly notice an insane amount of fans for those three teams mentioned (Steelers/Cowboys/Raiders)...I couldnt imagine a bigger draw for the Mexican fan base.

In the past, the Rams had a decent fan base over here. KC has a small fan base, but here is where the AFC fans will unite to cheer for them at the stadium.

The Chiefs were followed by some since 1979, since the QB Fuller days, and that increased when Joe Montana played for them.

Even almost two months later, these are the top two teams in the NFL. I bet it will be a crazy week in Mexico City leading up to Monday's game.

The big question is whether Mexico City will be able to host the game Monday night. Apparently the field is in terrible condition.

The game was just cancelled to be played here, just an hour ago

I am fuming for this game's cancellation. We missed the BEST GAME EVER over here.

The thing is that the field was suffering for a hybrid grass which was planted there 3 months ago. The damn TV broadcast chain televisa, owner of the Aztec Stadium, (and one I hate for all the garbage programing, manipulated news broadcast and all the plastic-lame things they show..and I am not exageratting) and they decide to make a pop-music fest last Saturday.

And what is worst, the contract with the league which was good for 2 more years, was cancelled as well.
