Default Do you think Evans and Landry will be starters since Day 1?

I am quite satisfyed with the first 2 rounds and how JRob managed the trades. At the end, the team is covered at many positions' depth and talent. With the right coaching and commitment, I am sure this team has no limits.

What it's still to be addressed is the C and NT positions, since there's no depth. But that's another story.

I voted not sure because of the word "starter". Both should be playing in game one, but I see Evans as the only one who might be a starter.

Morgan and Orakpo are still going to be the starting outside linebackers this year (at least at first), so Landry will rotate in as needed.

I don’t think either will start game one. Evans has the best shot. Both will play in game one and Evans may even get the bulk of the snaps.
Something, something and a little more something.

Too bad both were too hurt to play in game 1. Evans will get to play tomorrow, but Landry is still questionable.

Our first big Rookie splash was "Special teams player of the week" Cruikshank!!! Go Figure.

    Landry looked pretty good Sunday.

Evans played a total of ONE play.

Landry was one of the most impressive players to not record a tackle in a game. His pressures and QB hits certainly made a difference.

I am not sure why Evans was on just one play, a special teams play at that. I know the team want to work him in slowly, but that is a bit too slow.

Cruikshank had that great TD, but I was very impressed with his speed covering punts. He was beating his guy constantly, which made it almost impossible for the Texans to do any kind of return.
