Sims is really bad today. Missing Jackson badly.

17-15 after the missed two point conversion.

Henry with only his second career fumble. That was such a great run too.

Saw this on another board: All 4 AFC South teams won in the same week for the first time since Week 15, 2007

The coaching decisions in this game for both teams were problematic.

The Bucs had a 4th and one at the Titans 41 on their first drive of the 2nd quarter, and they converted on a QB sneak. It led to a field goal to make it 14-6. However, they also had a 4th and one at the Titans 43 yard line in the 3rd quarter after they had taken a 6 point lead. That seems to be an obvious go-for-it situation, with a good chance to make this a 2-score game. Instead, the Bucs punt, and the Titans had their first good drive of the day (thanks to some PI calls) to cut the lead to 3.

The Bucs also had a 4th and one on their own 30 on their first drive of the 3rd quarter, clinging to a 3 point lead. It's hard to criticize punting here, since a failure very likely leads to at least a tied game. But the Titans did have their best drive after that, taking a 4 point lead on the TD.

After the terrible call to fake the field goal by the Titans (which should have been a Bucs TD if not for an early whistle), the Bucs had 4th and one again at the Titans 32. Despite the success on the QB sneak and the game tape of last week showing how the Titans are good at stuffing running backs in this situation, the Bucs still tried to run it with the RB and failed. I read their explanation, which was the Titans defense was in single coverage, so a run made sense against that formation.

I am not a fan of Bruce Arians. His quote about the interceptions: "It's the receivers, not the quarterback. The receivers totally screwed it up." Whether it is true or not, it's not good to throw players under the bus.

One more bad decision by Vrabel was right before the failed fake. It was 4th and 2, and the Titans hurried to the ball, looking like they were going to go for it. But the odds of the Titans actually going for it were really small, so the Bucs were prepared for hard counts designed to draw an offsides penalty. It resulted in a time out, and that might have been needed later if the Titans had kicked the FG and the Bucs tied it with a TD.

One thing is guaranteed in a Titan game. Vrabel will make at least one boneheaded decision during the game or when the game is on the line. This has cost us before and it will come back again at some point and bite us!!!
